If the matter is a fit, we’ll confirm how to provide your documents and send a written scope and fee. Paid work begins after you approve the scope and fee and the engagement is confirmed.
Your agreed contract review can include a plain-language summary of key risks, recommended revisions and a call to discuss the findings. Negotiation and additional work are included only when agreed in writing.

A review could flag the renewal deadline, explain the cancellation obligations and recommend changes to the notice period or renewal terms.
Depending on the agreed scope, you could receive a summary of the issue, proposed wording and a call to discuss the options. The counterparty may accept, reject or negotiate any proposed change.
