How it works
Billed semi-monthly in arrears, on the 15th and the last day of each month, for the period just delivered. Your card is charged and your invoice arrives the same day. We never hold your money against work we have not done.
Month-to-month. Thirty days’ notice, no minimum term. Unused hours carry forward one month, up to half your monthly allowance. Work beyond your included hours appears on the same invoice at $225/hour.
Not included: litigation once a claim is issued, real estate transactions, tax advice, IP prosecution, and matters outside Ontario. We’ll refer you or quote separately.
